Delivery Details

Ridikyl will deliver the product to all European countries according to the following requirements. Clients order will be dealt within the 24 hours after receiving the purchase details and the full payment. Approved order confirmation will be automatically sent to the clients email. The purchased product will be handed over to the courier in 48 hours, if not stated otherwise.

Our courier partners are: 

  • SmartPost (Finland) –Delivery time 7-14 days. 
  • ELS courier - Delivery time 7-14 days.

On weekends and bank holidays handing it over to the courier 48-hour rule will start at 9.00am on first working day. 

According to the agreement with the delivery service partners the purchased package from Ridikyl will arrive to the agreed service station in 7-14 working days, starting from the actual date and time when the payment is received on Ridikyl or My furnix OÜ bank account, or if the product has a different delivery time which is stated on the product page or additional terms, or the client is stated the delivery time when they have not been in the agreed place and the courier has not been able to leave the package. In this event, there will be a notice left to the customer, when and how they can receive the parcel.


The time frame mentioned above is approximately mentioned and will depend the on circumstances, which are not possible to foresee by Ridikyl. Ridikyl will not be accountable for any late delivery, which are effected from the delivery couriers or other third party issues. 

Ridikyl will take full responsibility of the purchased product during the delivery process. From the time of receiving from the automatic SmartPost station or other courier service the responsibility of the damaging or loosing the package will go over to the client or the third party package receiver. If the customer has authorized a third person to receive the package (such as a gift recipient), it confirms the injunction, that the third party will take the acceptance of delivery and liability to accidental damage and / or destruction of the risk for the goods since the receiving of the parcel from the courier service provider.

Ridikyl cannot stop the delivery process if the package has been handed over to the courier. If the package has been sent out, ending the contract between Ridikyl and the client as well as cancelling the delivery, all procedures are set by the Estonian law.
